We start at the keyboard. By noon you understand what these systems are actually doing, how to direct them precisely, and where they fail — and you have built something yourself. No prior experience required.
Gourmet Catered Lunch 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
Afternoon Session 1:00pm - 4:00pm
By noon, you’ll be able to answer questions you couldn’t that morning. Seamlessly implementing workflows in combination with your own documents. You will leave with a clear, costed picture of the work you’re seeking to automate.

You build a private, persistent workspace that knows your business. Most people are shocked by how close it gets. By the end of the morning session, you will leave with a reusable workflow library tuned to the work you actually do.

Leap from asking questions to handing over work. You watch AI take on a real task in your own material, learn to supervise and correct it, and finish the day knowing exactly which part of your week is worth automating — and which part should stay human.

Build day. You leave with a working tool running on your own desk, not a folder of notes. No prior engineering background is assumed or required.

Morning Session 9:00am - 12:00pm
You build. Two paths, chosen by you, both with the support of our 10 to 1 student to instructor ratio. You will now have an AI assistant that takes over a recurring task inside the tools you already use or a working application deployed to a live URL. By lunch it exists.
Gourmet Catered Lunch 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
Afternoon Session 1:00pm - 4:00pm
You make your build survive, and take ownership of it. Stress testing the tool amongst peers and putting the finished work somewhere it outlives your laptop. You will create a version history, a backup, and an address you can hand to a developer. The day ends with demos across the room and a written plan for your first thirty, sixty, and ninety days of future builds, use, and deployment.

No. Every session is in person, in the host city, for all three days. The room is the point.

None at all. Roughly half of each cohort has never written a line of code. The curriculum assumes intelligence, not engineering.

Yes. Upon acceptance you can let us know your employer’s billing information.

We have four amazing instructors per event, with a student to instructor ratio of 10 to 1. This allows for maximum hands on learning to help you actually build towards your workflow goals.

No. We leave evenings open as we understand that many will want to take in the city for themselves. Offsite dinner experiences are organized for a limited group of ten people each night for an additional fee.
